Processing and transit

After payment authorization, orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives a parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Both periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Rates and delivery support

Available services, shipping charges, and any free-shipping eligibility appear at checkout. Customers should provide a complete delivery address and follow tracking once issued. Weather, holidays, remote destinations, restrictions, security reviews, and carrier congestion may cause delays.
