Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective products, and we also accept exchanges. Requests must be opened within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility and mailing

Only new merchandise is eligible. A non-defective product must remain new, unused, and complete with its original packaging, labels, and included items. Returns are sent by mail after approval. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

How to request help

Email deyufudic79@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, the reason for the request, and photographs or video when an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Approval instructions will confirm the correct return address; the General mailing address is not automatically the return destination. Exchanges depend on available stock.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
